• What if I want to return my order and I cannot find the certificate?

  Any item order with a diamond grading certificate must be accompanied with the returned item.
  A $250.00 USD fee will be charged to replace the diamond grading certificate.

• Can you laser inscribe my diamond for me?

  All of our TopDiamond diamonds are laser inscribed.
  If you find a diamond that is not laser inscribed, we would be more than happy to inscribed it for you for an additional fee.

• What if I need to resize the ring?

  TopDiamond offers complimentary ring resizing during the first year.

• Can I buy from you if I live outside the United States?

  Please call 1-888-966-9889 to speak with a TopDiamond sales representative about a special ordered diamond.

• What payment methods do you accept?

  For your convenience, we offer the following payment methods:

  * Bank wired: Arrange payment through your bank and receive a 1.5% discount.
  * Bank wired payments are accepted on all orders.
  * Paypal.
  * Gift certificates may only be used for orders in US dollars.
