Payment Options
TopDiamond offer several payment options for our customers. Among those are bank wired transfer, PayPal and major credit cards.
All bank wired will receive a 1% discount on the total purchasing price. We will provide customers with all of our bank’s information to conduct the transaction via email and at the end of the check our process. All United States bank wired are usually cleared within 24-48 hours. We will ship your purchased items once we receive the funds.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Credit card orders can be placed online using our secure server and via telephone with our customer service department. Credit card orders will only be shipped to an address on file with the credit card company. For security purposes, TopDiamond may request additional documentation (such as drivers license, photocopy of credit card, etc.) on some transactions.
TopDiamond accepts payment by personal check, bank check and money order. Money order has a waiting period of approximately 7-10 business days to clear in our bank. As soon as the money order has been cleared, your order will be shipped the next business day.
PayPal is the fastest and safest way to make a payment. Simply selects the PayPal payment option and proceeds with the transaction. We must receive confirmation from PayPal that a transaction has been completed before items can be shipped.
